LMA met with volleyball champion Andrea Zorzi in the elegant setting of the Carlina Restaurant in Turin.

“Zorro” of the 1990s, as he was called by his fans, spoke about the evolution of his sports career, first as a champion in the national volleyball team, and now as a television commentator and coach.

Andrea Zorzi takes advantage from some key concepts that were and are the cornerstones of his own life, both personal and professional.

He spoke about the sport revolution that took place in the 1990s with the change of rules and the birth of a new role – the free position – and how the team was reorganized from the point of view of “being a team”. The key to success is to focus on a team that is willing to listen. This is the only way that a good leader can take you further ahead.
