With great pride and satisfaction we closed an important deal, thanks to which LMA srl Aerospace Technology is proceeding with the acquisition of the company PLYFORM COMPOSITES srl.

This is the first step of a new and ambitious project in which we aim to better intercept the needs of the markets and offer our customers even more integrated products and services. The matrix of LMA srl’s relationship with Orienta Partners Fund, which began in 2020, had precisely these aims: to increase the value proposition and capabilities in favour of the Aerospace sector and beyond.

From here on, work is continuing on the International and Multi-sector Integration Plan aimed at the above-mentioned objectives, so as to wisely and with balance blend the two Italian excellences of certified and sustainable quality.

The company Plyform Composites srl, also located in Piedmont, specialized in the production of carbon fibre structural and aerodynamic elements with various properties, for fixed-wing and rotary-wing aircraft and drones. This constitutes an operational, integrated and synergetic group, to the benefit of our target sectors. Please, find attached a short summary of the performance of the new production branch.

Plyform, at the helm of which Piero Vicendone has been confirmed, is an excellence recognized in Italy and abroad for the quality of its production, the reliability of its service, and its process engineering: the result is competitive production with composite, carbon components and assemblies of variable dimensions.

The new group formed by LMA srl and Plyform Composites srl is therefore at complete disposal of our customers in the fields of production, design and co-design, precision mechanics, assembly and composites: an integrated reality of dual excellence!
