An afternoon of training at the 24ORE Business School in Milan: LMA managers Fulvio and Cristina Boscolo, spoke to the students engaged in their master in HR about their experience.  The theme of this study day was the evaluation and enhancement of human resources and LMA’s CEO explained how important it is to motivate and train employees who represent the quality and success of a company.
Great importance for issues aimed at improving the potential of these young aspiring HR managers.
