Last generation machinery, the availability of a high-tech engineering office and the use of dedicated technological software,
guarantee the best optimization of production processes and industrialization of parts:
Study of processing methods and strategy;
3D CAD design using CATIA V5;
CAM 5ax, simulation of processing and post processing;
Verification and optimization of the tool path using the Vericut system.
LMA uses an IT system (ERP) which, through a specific interface, allows the creation, control and visualization of
technical documentation as well as the precise monitoring of each production phase.
Milling and Turning
The production area of LMA has latest-generation 3-to-5-axis work centres with a production range from
100 mm to 8 meters.
Every detail is tested through specific CMM programmes using three-dimensional machines with a
control surface of up to eight meters.
LMA specializes in the assembly of highly complex and integrated structural components from the simplest to the most complex,
integrated by using all the most advanced technologies (coldwork and wet assembly).

transparency, specialist experience and rapid intervention. This enables to promptly manage change

LMA has a qualified NADCAP heat treatment department, equipped with a well furnace (2200 x 1500 x 500 mm)
for maximum weight of 200 kg. With regards to surface treatments, on the other hand, LMA has
signed partnership agreements with national and international companies, specialized in the
aerospace sector and equipped with all the qualifications required by the market.
